Telephone Receptionist/Administration Assitant

We at Pukar Centre are looking to recruit a Telephone Receptionist/ Administration Assistant to work with the senior management and work as part of an integrated team at the Pukar Centre. Your main duties will involve answering the telephone, creating a phone log of all calls answered, and dealing with all enquiries appropriately in a professional manner. Most importantly the ideal candidate should be a dynamic thinker and self-motivated with a professional and friendly approach when answering the telephone. “We smile when we answer… call us and hear the difference”

The position will be ideal for a candidate with some experience of a similar role although not essential. The right candidate should also be an excellent communicator and be of a smart professional appearance. Students may also apply for this position.
